If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original packaging must be included where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked as &#8220;Final Sale&#8221; or &#8220;Non-Returnable&#8221; cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Initiate a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our customer service team at <strong>pgirgenmjv@iubridge.com<\/strong> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship the item back to our facility at the address provided in the return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within <strong>5-7 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A restocking fee of up to <strong>15%<\/strong> may apply to certain items unless the return is due to defect or error on our part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchanges are subject to product availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item is defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery at <strong>pgirgenmjv@iubridge.com<\/strong> with photos of the damage.
